Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at info@incocosmetics.store 

Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly with a
replacement, refund, or store credit. ⸻


Returns
We hope you love every product in your I&CO routine, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s
how to return it:
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, products must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging and condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened,
used, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@incocosmetics.store with your order number and reason for
return.
2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
3. Send your item back securely using a tracked service.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or
incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original
payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you once it’s processed. ⸻

Non-returnable items include:
• Opened or used products
• Promotional/free items
• Items on sale

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery
attempts, we’ll happily re-ship — but a re-delivery fee may apply. Please double-check
