Imogen Hargreaves, 27 – Yorkshire
In 2023, at the age of 24, I founded my self-care brand out of both frustration and relief.
Since my early teens, I struggled with persistent acne, skin flare-ups, and extremely sensitive skin. It often felt like I reacted to almost every product I tried. Whether it was high-end skincare, prescription treatments, or products that promised quick results, I was constantly left dealing with irritation, redness, discomfort, and even more confusion about what my skin actually needed.
After one particularly stubborn breakout, I decided to take a different approach. I stripped everything back and created a routine that was simple, natural, affordable, and most importantly, gentle enough for my sensitive skin. Within just two weeks, I noticed a remarkable difference. My skin looked clearer, calmer, and more balanced—without harsh ingredients, burning sensations, or the endless cycle of trying products that only made things worse.
That experience changed everything.
What started as a personal solution soon became a mission. I created this brand for people like me—those with sensitive, reactive skin who feel overwhelmed by complicated routines and disappointed by products that promise the world but leave their skin feeling worse. I know how frustrating it can be to constantly question whether a new product will help or trigger another reaction.
My goal is simple: to offer skincare that is genuinely gentle, effective, and accessible, without unnecessary ingredients or harsh formulations.
